Vegetable Soup

Squeeze and take everything to a Soup !  Easy to make. A healthy starter......


Ingredients :

Carrot
100 g.
Beans
100 g.
Tomato
100 g.
Spinach
100 g.
Cabbage
100 g.
Butter
50 g.
Maida
2 table spoon
Black pepper
½ tea spoon
Shallots (sliced)
½ cup
Cumin Seeds
½ tea spoon
Salt
As required



Method :

-          Wash the vegetables & cut in to small pieces .
-          Grind cumin seeds and black pepper to make a paste.
-          In a vessel, boil 2 liter water, add vegetables, salt and cumin/pepper paste. 
-          When the vegetables are cooked,  with a  potato masher
(or you can use the ordinary whole spoon) smash the vegetables well. 
Strain and remove the vegetable pieces. Keep the soup aside.
-           Keep a wok on the stove, add butter. Add the sliced shallots
and sauté well.  When the shallots become golden brown,
add soup along with maida or corn flour.
-           Boil well and take out from the fire.
-          Garnish with sliced coriander leaves.
