Squeeze and take everything to a Soup ! Easy to make. A healthy starter......

Maida

2 table spoon

Black pepper

½ tea spoon

Shallots (sliced)

Cumin Seeds

½ tea spoon

Wash the vegetables & cut in to small pieces .

Grind cumin seeds and black pepper to make
a paste.

In a vessel, boil 2 liter water, add vegetables,
salt and cumin/pepper paste.

When the vegetables are cooked, with a potato masher
(or
you can use the ordinary whole spoon) smash the vegetables well.
Strain
and remove the vegetable pieces. Keep the soup aside.
- Keep a wok on the stove, add butter. Add the sliced shallots
and sauté well. When the shallots become golden brown,
add soup along with maida or corn flour.
- Boil well and take out from the fire.

Garnish with sliced coriander leaves.
