Yesterday we had some useful, easy to make, healthy (& tasty) recipes.
To make
fresh and as an appetizer, we started with the same.
Now we can
go for some normal items….
Today’s first
recipe is a -
Vegetable Salad
This salad you can use as a starter -
before meal or as a meal or along with
Layer or Alkaline Chapathi, (the Recipes soon !) Khubz (is a famous bread of Gulf.
It is readily
available, mostly, in all bakeries and Baqqaal - the Arabic word of grocery
store).
Ingredients :
Carrot
|
½ Kg.
|
Cabbage
|
100 grams
|
Lady’s finger
|
2 nos.
|
Tomato
|
¼ kg.
|
Grated Coconut
|
1 no.
|
Onion
|
1 No.
|
Ginger (chopped)
|
1 pc.
|
Coriander leaves
|
Little
|
Sprouted groundnut
|
1 table spoon
|
Salt
|
As needed
|
Method:
-
Grate
the carrot
-
Cut
the other vegetables in to small pieces.
-
Add
the grated coconut & sprouted groundnut
-
Sprinkle
little salt (if required)
