Fried Chicken Curry

Healthy & Tasty Special :

Ingredients :

Chicken
1 Kg.
Onion
100 g.
Green Chilli
6 nos.
Ginger Chopped
2 table spoon
Garlic Chopped
2 table spoon
Black pepper
1 tea spoon
Chilli powder
1 table spoon
Coriander powder
2 table spoon
Turmeric powder
½  tea spoon
Garam Masala
1 tea spoon
Mint, Coriander leaves
little
Tomato paste
1 table spoon
Yoghurt
5 table spoon
Sunflower Oil
½ cup
Curry leaves
As required
Salt
As required






Method :


-         Clean, wash the chicken.  Make into medium pieces.
-         Take cooking oil in a wok, heat, fry the chicken (1/2 fry only).
-         In between, grind 25 g. onion, green chilli, chilli-coriander-
turmeric-garam masala powders, chopped ginger-garlic,
black pepper and mint-coriander leaves, with a cup of water.
-         Remove  chicken from fire and strain.
-         In the same oil, saute the remaining onion. When it become golden brown, add the grounded masala along with yoghurt.
-         Sauté till the raw smell disappears and the aroma of masala spreads around.
-         Add the fried chicken.
-         Cook for 10 more minutes in a low flame.
-         Add the curry leaves.
