Healthy Dinner Series - Wheat Congee or Kanji

Ingredients :

Broken Wheat
½ cup
Coconut Milk
¼ cup
Salt
As required
Water
2 cups






Method :

-         Boil water and cook the wheat.
-         When it is cooked well, remove from fire.
-         Add coconut milk, salt and use along with

Tamarind Leaf Chutney  (the recipe soon !)
