Laban (Buttermilk) with Curry Leaves (Murraya koenigii)


Mostly everywhere in India, we are using the Curry Leaves in the Curries only.
But, we can use this as a Drink also.

Today, we are going to present you one another Natural Drink.
Of course, another Healthy & Tasty one.


Ingredients :


Laban (Buttermilk)
1 Cup – diluted
Ginger
1 small piece
Curry Leaves
1 Pinnate
Cardamom
1 No.
Salt
As required



Method :

-          Grind Curry leaves, Ginger & Cardamom.
-          Add with the Buttermilk
-          Add salt.
-          Drink.

This is very useful drink to decrease the bad cholesterol, and the thirst.  And also helps
to increase the digestive power.

Note :  In place of curry leaves, you can use lemon, mint or coriander leaves.
